NOVA'S FIRST BIRTHDAY

It's almost impossible to believe that she's already a year old. This baby girl is growing up so fast! Here's a video we made from all the clips during her first year.

Gus & Poppa cut down a tree.

I didn't notice this at the time, but Gus is standing in front of the dog house, pulling on his hair. Apparently tree trimming makes Gus very nervous.

It's been a year since we were last there. I was still pregnant with Nova, and Gus was still getting a handle on walking. We're planning to spend as much of our summer in this pool as possible.

The kids went to visit their new cousin this weekend. Here he is, little Benjamin.


He's pretty great, and absolutely adorable. He slept a lot, as 5 day ol' babies are wont to do.


Gus & Nova didn't mind, though. They had a great time playing with the big cousin.

(I love that Nova is looking down on the boys in this. It's either "I'm way above you" or "I better stay out of the way")
